The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal six weeks ago. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I submitted a withdrawal request on 28 September but have yet to receive the money. I have chased in numerous occasions and have been told that I will receive the funds soon, but this has not happened

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?
