Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Have you ever made a successful withdrawal before? Which method to withdraw your winnings you have opted for?
I would like to point out, that if the withdrawal has been processed from the casino’s side, the reason why transactions are late might be on the side of banks. According to the casino, this is an international transaction, therefore it can take longer until your money reaches the bank account.
Additionally, if there is any other relevant communication between you and the casino, please, forward it to kristina.s@casino.guru.

I’ve also contacted my bank and they’ve stated that money would never be refused form entering my bank unless I had a block on which they have also stated there isn’t any block and any money getting transferred across should reach my bank…..all bank details where correct because I checked them 2/3 times before making it
