The player from the UK is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process and a withdrawal limit of £500. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I have £19,500 in the Lady Linda casino, of this £19,000 is winnings.
My first issue is that they say withdrawals should take upto 48 hours, I am on day 7 since I withdrew £500 and it’s still showing as pending.
My second issue is they have told me I can only withdraw £500 at a time, even if they do pay out at this rate it could be a year before I get paid in full, surely this cannot be right.
I am concerned that they will never pay me, I will not be gambling away the money, which I am sure is what they want.
I really need some assistance in getting my money, if I knew it would all be paid at some point I could handle that but I am having sleepless nights worried that the casino is a scam. Please help

Unfortunately, I am not sure we help you with the withdrawal limits, because those are managed by the casino exclusively, and we don’t have the competency to change them. I checked the General T&Cs (https://ladylindaslots.com/templates/company/terms_and_conditions) and I found this:
„62.8 If the User has requested a withdrawal in the amount of 1,000 Euros or more (or the equivalent in another currency at the interbank rate), Company pays a commission on the transfer and subsequent operations of withdrawals in the given calendar month. Otherwise, the commission is paid to the bank by the User. Maximum withdrawalable amount over a 24-hour period is 500 Euros (or the equivalent in another currency at the interbank rate) subject to its payment provider's specific limits. For winnings over 10,000 Euros, the payments will be done in equal monthly instalments."
Regarding your first withdrawal - it’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it is your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

Thank you for looking into this for me. I accept it will take me months to get paid out but do you feel Lady Linda casino are reputable enough that they will eventually pay the money out, even though I will have to make 39 separate withdrawals to get my money and they will take at least a week per withdrawal? I doubt I will get my winnings paid in full this year!
