The player from the UK is inquiring about a feature in the casino, that displays the result of a spin before the spin finishes. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding.
I don’t think it falls into the complain category. So, most of the time when I play some game and before the bonus round starts, the winning amount is already shown in the screen.
For example, in the attached picture you can see on the very top right corner it says £19.41 net. Now that figure was calculated and shown on screen even before the game started its rewarding round. And that’s exactly how much I won!!
I don’t understand this. if it’s all pre determined then it’s quite funny when it says good luck on each spin.
i’ve noticed this situation happening mainly with slingo slots.
the picture was taken from Slotboss casino (Leovegas group) However the same phenomenon happens when I play at Ladbrokes and their family sites.
The customer service agents at casinos got nothing more information than copy/paste templates
i hope you will have a better understanding of what i explained.
regards
Dear EddDontPlay,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.
Could you describe the problem in more detail? What is the exact moment the winning amount appears on the screen? Was it after you initiated the spin, but before the animation completes? Did you try to play games from different game providers, or the same game in a different casino group with the same effect?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Tomas
I will try to explain more.
so I’m playing this slingo game shown in the picture. When the bonus feature comes, the values of winning/loss are displayed on the screen - even before the animation starts. In other words the animation is just an extra step because you can see what’s the outcome of feature round. I have now highlighted the digits in the picture ( I took the pic of iPad screen).
if you could play this game for a while to see?
in pic base bet is £1 and game is at spin number 8 of 15. On the top you can see £73 which is ‘won’ and £54.19 is the total amount that i staked before the feature round. On the very top right is 19.41 is the net profit. (73-54.19=19.41)
at the bottom £51.60 is the value which changes as the bonus spins move forward.
and yes the same phenomenon happens at Ladbrokes, coral etc and mrQ.
I hope it’s better explained now.
thanks
And also it should not be taken as a case opened - for Ladbrokes input on this
Thanks for the explanation. I believe I understand what you mean.
May I suggest reading our article https://casino.guru/how-slot-machines-work-math#how-are-slot-machines-programmed ?
Ultimately, the information about the result of the spin is available earlier than the animation of the slots completes. This might explain how it's possible the information is available.
Unfortunately, I don't believe it's an issue we can mediate with the casino. I would suggest discussing the extra information panel 'feature' the casino offers on our forum.
Please let me know if you require further assistance.
