Good evening, this institution is a complete scam, just not to pay out the winnings! In short, these dishonest people fraudulently blocked my account twice, the first time supposedly multiac ... I didn’t argue, during the dialogue, conditions were put forward for unlocking, they wrote off all the funds! Then they unlocked it, I will add screenshots to all correspondence, they don’t answer questions, but they say the same thing you have a multi-account !!!!! It was unlocked three days ago!!! They also specifically asked which acc to leave ... After three days of the game, I got up and decided to withdraw, the application was accepted but the funds were never received, only I wrote to them and immediately a blockage appeared and they say that I have two accounts, otherwise it was deleted three days ago, they don’t even want to hear, although they understand everything perfectly!! The employee does not answer with whom there was an agreement to unlock the account for the first time, on the terms of debiting all funds! The account was unblocked on 02/03/2023 and blocked again upon withdrawal on 02/09/2023
Доброго вечера, данное заведение является полным обманом , только бы не выплачивать выигрыш! В кратце эти нечестные люди обманным путем заблокировали мой аккаунт дважды, в первый раз якобы мультиак...у меня ,я не спорил, при диалоге были выдвинуты условия о разблокировки списали все средства! Далее разблокировали, дополню скринами всю переписку, на вопросы не отвечают а твердят одно и тоже у Вас мультиаккаунт!!!!! Его разблокировали три дня назад !!! Ещё конкретно спросили какой оставить акк... Спустя три дня игры, я приподнялся и решил вывести, заявку приняли но средства так и не поступили, только им написал и сразу появилась блокировка и твердят что типа у меня два аккаунта, а то что его удалили ещё три дня назад они даже слышать не хотят, хотя прекрасно все понимают!! Сотрудник не отвечает с кем был уговор по разблокировке в первый раз аккаунта,на условиях списания всех средств! Аккаунт был разблокирован 3.02.2023г а заблокировали снова при выводе 9.02.2023

Hello! Both accounts were registered at different times earlier, after the first blocking, I went to their terms to write off all funds! Support reported that we are deleting the second account. After 3 days, when withdrawing, it is again blocked. Support answers different questions with the same text.

Здравствуйте! Оба аккаунта были зарегистрированы в разное время раннее , уже после первой блокировке я пошел на их условия о списании всех средств! Поддержка сообщила что второй аккаунт мы удаляем. После 3 дней при выводе снова в блокировка. Поддержка отвечает на разные вопросы один и тот же текст.
