The player's account got blocked when tried to verify himself. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.

Hi it was first ever withdrawn had no explanation as to why it has been blocked it allows me to log in and then it freezers straight away I carnt play any games or do any thing on the site ..I have send emails and have sent live chat messages had no reply to any ..I emailed support with all relevant information .still nothing back

Since when is the verification ongoing? We always recommend to wait at least 1-2 weeks for it to be fully processed once you provide all the documents they requested.
