My winnings is not from aBonus it's a deposit I made .
My account has been verified and this was confirmed by online chat.
My last withdrawal recievef was last Friday .
I have spoken to customer service numerous times and was advised they had not yet received notes from finance.

If you received a payment on Friday, it is definitely only a matter of time before all your money arrives.
We always recommend to every player to wait at least 14 days for the money to arrive to their account, specially if it's their first withdrawal. Please just be patience and keep us updated about the payments.

I have 2 previous withdrawal so it's not the first. This pending withdrawal was due to be approved last Wednesday for payment to arrive in account on the Friday. Finance have been escalated a few times since and there is still no response from Finance so I can be advised of progress.. It's been a week as T& C's states so it's confusing and frustrating to still be waiting for a response and action from finance..The last 2 withdrawal were accurately on time as advised by customer service.

Dear Dona, in this case I would only recommend what I did before and that is to be a little more patience. There can be multiple reasons why the payment is slower than usual. If the casino paid you last Friday, the will most likely pay the rest as well. Please keep us updated about any news regarding the case. If they wouldn't pay or even respond to you, we will intervene.
