Hello,

I wish to complain about kingchance casino because they keep harassing me with their offers by phone anad texts even afterI have asked them to stop aand even after closing my account. A representative even told me he would do the necessary but they keep texting and calling. I have never seen a casino pushing so hard. I do not know what to do for them to stop...

When was the last time you asked the casino to stop with the promotions and what did they answer to you? I am not certain exactly how this could be possible as I see that the option to receive marketing materials has been deactivated. I will however contact our marketing department directly and work with them to assure that this is no longer an issue.
