I won't money on free spins kept playing and met the wager requirement I submitted a withdrawal request was asked send ID photo and wire details did this they asked for institution number and transit no which nz does not use and then said bsb no is wrong I checked and confrim it correct I sent letter from bank proving thus then they ask for info all over again I agreed then no reply I ask for supervisor contact no reply there live chat don't work they won't say why my withdrawal request has pending time frame yet they do nothing I done everything that legally required for withdrawal and they have all legal information needed to send money they just don't I ask for compensation for stress they ignore I ask for phone contact they ignore I just want my winnings

Unfortunately, after a thorough review of the provided evidence, we are rejecting this complaint as ‘unjustified’. The provided evidence clearly proves the casino’s claims. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

 

Lastly, I’d like to mention that we would like to see policies like this enforced at software level (i.e., in this case, the casino should not let players claim a free bonus before a cash deposit has been made). Therefore, our recommendation to Kings Chance Casino is to implement such measures.
