The player from Germany had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout had not been received yet. After the complaint was submitted, we had advised the player to be patient as withdrawals could take some time to process, possibly due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We assured him that we would intervene if his verified account didn't receive the approved withdrawal after 14 days. The player later confirmed via email that he had received his withdrawal, leading us to mark the complaint as 'resolved'.

Hello. I registered a New betting Account on kingmaker.com. I did a successfull deposit with my Credit card and did not use any bonus money. I won a few bets and made a withdraw of 350 Euro on 04/20/2024 to the same payment Method as I deposited with. Since then it is pending. 10 days now. The live Chat with replies with the same Text every time and asked for more patience. I emailed them, received an automatically reply (Ticket opened) but nothing else. During chat I offered to send documents for verification but it seems that nothing is requested. I would appreciate your help in this case. Thank you, Tobias

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
