Hi, Kingdom Casino is refusing to payout my winnings of €130. On my transaction history it is down as approved and sent to my Skrill account. I have contacted Skrill and they have no record of it so Kingdom are just saying it is approved but never actually sent it. I have contacted them multiple times and they just say it has been approved. It has been going on for over 5 days now. They will not re-credit my account with the missing funds. I am a long time customer with Kingdom, my account is fully verified and have had multiple withdrawals before. Do not know what is going on and receiving very little help from support or my VIP Manager. Any help you can give with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Hi Nick, my account at Kingdom Casino is fully verified for years now. Can’t remember exactly when, but at least 3 years. The money was won using a VIP bonus from my VIP Manager which has a max cashout of €10000. I just emailed my VIP Manager Christen this morning, just for an update. Nothing too interesting in the reply.
Is anyone going to help me with this issue. Two days waiting for a reply. No help from the casino, no help from Skrill and now no help from Casino Guru. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Also as I wrote above, the recommended time frame for a withdrawal is 14 days so if it's been less, I can only recommend to wait. Once it will take longer, please let us know so we can try to intervene.
