I paid directly via the QR code with coinbase on request where my deposit was kept, it said I should wait an hour, now the support says that my money is unfortunately completely lost because the amount would have been too small.
no credit or refund would be possible.
Habe direkt über den qr code gezahlt mit coinbase auf anfrage wo meine Einzahlung bleibt hieß es ich solle doch bitte eine stunde noch warten nun meint der support das mein Geld leider komplett verloren sei da der betrag zu klein gewesen wäre.

I understand this situation must be very frustrating for you, however, unlike the credit card payment system, the cryptocurrency system is so extensive and complicated, that issues like this can easily occur. Sadly, once you send the transaction incorrectly, there is usually no way back. I hope you understand we cannot punish casinos for something that is not their mistake. The only thing I can do for you is to recommend being more careful next time.
Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

if I knew or had been given correct information then my deposit would have been higher. 0.016 mbtc would have been enough, that is a few cents.
I don't find it comprehensible, logically that I would have paid the few cents on it if I hadn't read at least 5euro / 0.0001btc.
wenn ich gewusste bzw man mir eine korrekte info gegeben hätte dann wäre meine einzahlung höher ausgefallen. 0.016 mbtc hätten dann ja ausgereicht, dass sind wenige cent.
nicht nachvollziehbar find ich ,logisch das ich die paar cent drauf gezahlt hätte wenn ich nicht gelesen hätte min. 5euro/0.0001btc.
