The player struggles to withdraw his balance due a minimum withdrawal limit. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I made two deposits off my visa debit then made a withdrawl to the same card which was an option at first then recieved an email saying it was declined as this wasnt an option for withdrawl in my county so i went to live chat to explain my problem to be told to use skrill which i also couldnt then was told that i could only use bank transfer which has a minimum withdrawl of 300 euro i only have 150euro to withdraw

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Is this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Are there any other withdrawal methods available for you which do not require such high minimum limit? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was verified a day before the withdrawl, yes this is my first withdrawl, y3s there was visa as my first option the same visa i deposited with, there is skrill which was declined then bitcoin also declined now the only option there to choose from my account bank transfer with a minimum of 300euro, i spoke to 3 different agent 2 who told me to try bitcoin or skrill and option then the last i spoke to told me only bank transfer was avaliable
So my only option to be able to make a withdrawl os to wager the 150 i want to withdraw and hope i win over 300euro to make a withdrawl
this is the last response i had yesterday through live chat after first being told to try skrill and then bitcoin of which skrill wasnt an option from my account and bitcoin being declined
Did they specify why was the bitcoin withdrawal declined? Did you ever deposit with bitcoin in order to verify the payment method?
