Khelostar did a big fraud with me, they marked my withdrawal as success and i didn't received any funds in my bank account.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Hi Kristina,


Thanks so much for looking into my case and issue with khelostar is they mark the withdrawal as success when they have released the funds, and it reaches my account instantly and as per their customer support they are not giving me any satisfactory response, so ideally they should have reflected my withdrawal as " in process" which gives me satisfaction that I will receive funds in 1 or 2 days....But they marked the transaction as " success" which means nothing is pending on their end.


I am very worried as I am already in heavy losses and loans and such kind of issue is really breaking my trust on this khelostar site.

Hi Kristina,


My apologies and to answer your question I regularly deposit and take withdrawal from khelostar... Usually every withdrawal is received within 5 minutes, but this withdrawal which I raised yesterday night, Khelostar marked as success, which means as per then I have received this amount of 20,850, and actually I didn't received this.


I have received all my withdrawals timely, only the issue is with this withdrawal amount which I raised yesterday night.


I have no objection in waiting for couple of days, atleast if Khelostar teams gives me the surety by which date i will receive my withdrawal amount.

Hi Kristina,


Please also find attached screenshot of my transaction history in my khelostar account, where you can see , two of my withdrawals screenshot as an example, where i received 19300 in my bank account, but didn't received 20,850.


And if you notice, status is same for both of these withdrawals, that is : " Successful", so how the player will identify that my withdrawal is still pending.


Being in so much losses, I kept on depositing in khelostar site, but never expected such kind of issue, which I am facing.


I will keep patience, once they assure me, by which date, I can expect my withdrawal for 20,850.

I would like to emphasize again we always give the casino two full weeks to process each payment. I will keep this complaint opened and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, we will intervene. Let’s stay positive and I hope to hear good news regarding your withdrawal soon.
