The player from the UK created an account at the casino operating without a license, but she isn’t satisfied with the casino’s services. The player managed to resolve the issue after discussion with the casino.
Upon registration, you agreed to all the Terms and Conditions, which are clearly stated on our website. We are a self-regulated and self-licensed casino
However, I didn't agree to illegal money laundering. I have been gambling for 10 years and I know the this is not a legitimate site you have followed no gambling rules and every transaction appears with a different website on bank transaction probably to avoid tax or for money laundering.
The most recent update to the UK gambling legislation, the Gambling (Licensing) Act2014postulates that all remote gambling operators providing services to customers in the UK need to obtain a license from the UK Gambling Commission. PRIOR to2014, operators whose gambling facilities had been available to British residents but their equipment had not been located in the UK, didn’t need to acquire a UKGC license.
Not only this, but your customer care and responsibility to ensure safe gambling Is also out the window. I'm not quite sure why you allowed me to play from UK. Also I spent £1000 within 24 hours and you didn't ask me once about deposit limits
You say there is no proof however the proof is in the missing deposits that didn't enter my account, the time the money left my account in such a small time, and the fact every transaction comes up with a new website.
I look forward to hearing from you
Elena
Dear Elena,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that it might be very difficult to find justice with the casino operating without any license.
Casinos operating without a valid license (or with a license other than UKGC) may offer less effective player protection and a worse approach towards the UK players in comparison to casinos licensed by UKGC. Therefore, we always recommend our UK players to only play in casinos targeting players from the UK to receive the best service possible.
Here is an example, that could help you better understand our standpoint in a situation like this:
You are from the UK, and in the UK people drive on the left side of the road - that's the law. In my country, people drive on the right side of the road. But we are not building special roads for UK citizens because their laws say people should drive on the left side of the road.
And the same principle is applied for the UKGC license - you are working in the UK market, you need to follow UK law. However, if you voluntarily come to play in a casino without a license, there are no regulations, or license authority to turn to, and you are expected to follow the casino’s rules.
Unfortunately, in this case, we are not able to help you. I can only recommend you to do better research next time and play only in casinos licensed by UKGC. Please let me know, if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding this case, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Kristina
I understand, thank you, but this was not the only issue with them. They allowed me to deposit £800 within 24 hours without any responsibility of care.
They also took deposits from my account which stated they were ' failed ' but still took money from my bank and didnt update the casino account. During roulette games the game would cancel and not take my bet however still took my money.
I'm also paying twice for international charges, they charge me extra for each deposit and also so does my bank so it equals £10 fee each transaction.
I still want them to be contacted I don't feel their website is legit , no care for customers, each transaction appears on my bank account as a different website aswell. This is why I want to ask for a refund because yes you are right in how you explained the non ukgc rules I should follow the website rules if I went on there but I do believe they shouldn't have accepted me in the first place thats there position , and they also haven't followed any of the gaming rules that they say they will follow. They also state a list on countries not accepted and UK was not on that list.
