My verified credit card will not accept my withdraw and I am asking for a wire transfer to my savings account and kahuna won't facilitate it even though they say they will at my cost for expenses incurred in their terms and conditions. They only office banks o don't have an account with. My bank is one of the largest so shouldn't be too hard. Not getting any help from their customer service team.

Hi and thank you for your help. My account is verified but never withdrew as my credit card won't allow it. I just want a wire transfer to my savings account. They are only sending me very standard responses via email and won't answer me on their live chat last time. I can send u a copy of the emails if you like. Thanks again.

We would like to ask the Kahuna Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I used this casino on the basis of good reviews and one of those was by casino guru. I hope u pass the negative feedback on to possible future users of this site to avoid the bad experience i have had. I continue to appreciate your help and support on my behalf.
