The player from Australia requested withdrawal a few weeks ago, but she still hasn’t received his winnings. The casino asked her to provide the bank statement, and she was advised someone will get in touch with her. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino did not provide us any respond.

Requested a withdrawal on the 6th of December. Was not received contacted kahuna live chat, advised that someone in finance would contact me. Was never contacted.


Contacted them via live chat again, this time was told that there was a delay with the processing of the withdrawal and that it didn't happen until the 14th of December- was assured I would have the funds by the 23rd. Srill nothing.


Contacted them again via live chat today. Was given no information just advised to provide bank statements and someone would contact me. No time frame for when this should occur, just told it will.


Have little hope that this will he resolved. Will not be playing with this casino again.

I had verified my account and successfully had withdrawals in the past.


After telling me that the withdrawal had been processed and returned from bank they told me that I will need to re-request the withdrawal. I did this, they then told me with that request that my account needed to be verified. I sent in the required documents, had my account re verified. Was then told that the withdrawal had been reprocessed.


They have now emailed me this morning and told me that they are unable to complete withdrawals via wire transfer at the moment and to use crypto. I do not wish to use crypto. Wire transfer is listed as an accepted transfer type, I want to use this.


This casino is a complete joke. The customer service is terrible and nobody there knows what they are doing.


I have now emailed asking when wore transfer withdrawals will he available again.

We haven't receive any answer from the casino yet. Could you please advise if your issue still persists? I'm extending the timer by 7 days, to give the casino enough time to respond. However, if we won't receive any answer within the given time, it will be closed as unresolved.
