The player from the Australia is experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds, because the transactions to preferred payment methods have been declined. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I just want to complain about their withdrawals. There was never a problem taking the deposits out of my bank but the first time I tried to withdraw, they knocked it back and then informed me that the only way I could get paid is if I started a crypto wallet. I never paid from a crypto wallet though and there was never a problem with payment of my deposits

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.
