I won money on the casino, I requested the full about and they asked me to verify my details by sending my back statement, passport and proof of address and pictures of the bank card used to deposit
I sent them all through they replied with commonwealth withdrawals are not accepted!
when I asked them why can I deposit from the bank but not withdraw with the same bank they ignored me and turned off my live support chat feature so I could not contact them.
