The player's experiencing problem with unresponsive live chat support. After we have examined the live chat, we rejected the complaint as we did not find any reason to punish the casino, despite the support is a little bit slower.

WORST SUPPORT EVER! 

NO RESPONSE, JUST GO CHECK THERE CHECK THERE?! QUESTION DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT IS SUPPORT? pROBABLY NOT!

SUPPORT menas help people!!! 

NOT TELL THEM CHECK AND DO! 

Holly - no respinse, nothing

had a feeling I was talking to a WALL! 

  • was asking simple questions about winnings and withdrawals.
  • probably asked aound 10 questions - did not receive response to any. Was just told go check there etc...

Like reallly?! Would never play at this casino, because if support treats customers in this way when they just ask simple questions - I cannot be sure what will happen to my money!

I've mostly received answer on my questions even if a little bit slower and only 1 unclear answer. However, we can't punish the casino based on 1 negative experience. Dear Anna,

Based on your chat transcript we did not find anything wrong from the casino site. When you talk with the live chat you should ask only 1 question at the same time and wait for the answer. Spamming live chat with messages may casino seem as spam that's why your chat was closed. Please always stay calm and nice even if it's a slower support. Is there anything else we can help you with? Otherwise the complaint will be rejected.
