The player from Canada is dissatisfied because the casino requires players to wager their deposit in order to withdraw. The player was advised that such a rule is common and they had to follow it in order to withdraw their winnings. Unfortunately, they didn't agree with our opinion and asked us to close the complaint.

refuse any withdrawal should the deposit or withdrawal amounts be inconsistent with stakes of bets placed. Permitted withdrawal amounts shall be calculated based on the total amount of the bets placed from a deposit (the total value of all your stakes must be equal to at least half the value of all the deposits that you made). read this and tellme this aint criminal. In order for you to withdraw money you have to wager your deposit and thats without a bonus attached to it , the total amount ever deposited before you can withdraw. that term should be enough to get them blacklisted. so thats insane, for example if you deposited 2500 dollar before you would have to wager at least 2500 dollars before you can withdraw your money. omfg and guru you allow that as ok ?????????

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Unfortunately, some casinos require to wager the real money deposit. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair. I have also checked the casino’s T&Cs and I found this:

„2. The Security Service is entitled to:

refuse any withdrawal should the deposit or withdrawal amounts be inconsistent with stakes of bets placed. Permitted withdrawal amounts shall be calculated based on the total amount of the bets placed from a deposit (the total value of all your stakes must be equal to at least half the value of all the deposits that you made).

..."

I suggest you fulfilling the requirements, otherwise, you won’t be able to request the withdrawal.

First of all money laundering is a poor excuse . Why because you have to give your id and they know who you are . It’s not like a landline casino where they don’t even ask for id unless your under age . It is hard enough to win at these unfair casinos let alone you have to wager money that has no bonus attached . I cannot agree this is normal at all . And we all know also that winning any money is just half the battle at these sites , collecting your money is the other half is that fair . No it isn’t , really I think I will just quit playing it has gotten that bad . Online gaming today is more corrupt than it has been the last 20 years . Players today must be very very very careful where they play . Out of a 1000 online casinos there is only a handful that are any good . You see all the complaints you have and for every one complaint probably 20 don’t get reported and the people just walk away . Soon I will make my own site and tell people the truth

You can reject the complaint, that’s fine but I am right and your wrong those are the facts . It’s purely another bs tactic not to have to pay players . People will realize this and such garbage will be the down fall of online gaming . Corruption!
