The player from Finland had experienced a delay while trying to withdraw 5,758.81 xrp (approximately $2,900) from an online casino. His larger withdrawal request of 5000 xrp had been rejected and remained pending, despite the casino's policy of processing requests within an hour. Moreover, the casino's customer service had not responded to his queries via live chat. After he submitted his complaint to us, we had advised him to wait for two weeks for the casino to process the payment. The issue was eventually resolved and the player had received his withdrawals.

On May 5, I made two withdrawal request from the Justcasino.io casino, a total of 5 758,81 xrp, That's a total of about $2,900 in current value. 

For some reason, the withdrawals did not fit in the same withdrawal request, so I made two withdrawal requests, 5000 xrp and 758.81 xrp


But on the same day they rejected my second bigger withdrawal request of 5000 xrp without any reason.

5000 xrp returned to my casino account, but I immediately made a 5000 xrp withdrawal request again, but my withdrawal request is still not processed.

(on the justcasino.io casino website, it says that withdrawal requests are processed within an hour)


I contacted Justcasino.io customer service via live chat and asked how long it would take to process my withdrawal request. They said that "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time we are unable to provide you with an exact timeframe. Rest assured, our team actively working on a it, and it will be proceeded as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation."


Later in the evening, I tried to contact Justcasino.io customer service again via live chat, but they have not responded to any messages. I was in the live chat for several hours waiting for an answer, but there is only a live chat bot that keeps repeating "Thank you for your patience, our Agent will assist you soon. Please wait."

So I couldn't get in touch with customer service via live chat even though I waited for several hours.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Please post here a screenshot of your withdrawal history.

Hi, here is my withdrawal history, it shows the first 5000 xrp withdrawal request was rejected, I didn't get any reason for it. I made a new 5000 xrp withdrawal request yesterday, May 1, 2024 at 12:40 noon. My withdrawal request has still not been approved. They haven't answered anything in live chat or email either.

I have still sent several emails and tried to contact customer service via live chat.  but there is only a live chat bot. Customer service does not answer anything. they don't say anything.


I'm still waiting for my 5000 xrp withdrawal. it's really stressful waiting because I can't get in touch with the casino staff. I have not received any information about the status of my withdrawal request.


How can Justcasino.io even exist for this long?

Don't deposit money in this a horrible casino run by criminals!

I will keep this complaint open and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, or the payment gets canceled again, please let us know and we will intervene.
