The player's winnings were not credited due a technical error. The complaint was resolved as the player's balance was re-added.
I was playing and my balance from winnings i saw it credit and seconds later it was gone.
Off course i checked all the rounds there was 2 rounds atleast i was aware off i think more casino has to check this credit all winnings correctly to my balance and pay out to my bank account.

I send you email with all the proof screenshots of play history and the missing rounds that iam aware of atleast i think its more than 2 rounds.Its a lot of missing money that suddenly dissapear in thin air please help.

Now the relevant department is processing your withdrawal. Usually, it takes up to 24-48 hours to get your withdrawal approved by the finance team. Then bank transfer withdrawals take up to 10 business days to reach your bank account.
They said they also corrected my winnings and send to financial department for processing.
