I registered like a week ago 0 balance now and they blocked the account. yes i did but first they dident listen and i did not use a vpn i spoke to them yesterday about they not having a license

Hello Cheddar,

As long as you had no casino balance, they had the right to close your account without any reason given.

It would be a different case if you would have remaining balance but you lost the money as you would lose it in any other online casino.

Also please be sure to always read the terms and conditions as Netherlands is on restricted country list and as long as the casino does not require your location during the registration, you breach the casino terms by joining there.

Is there anything else we can assist you with? If not, the complaint will be closed.

They did ask me for my adress and they still let me create a account they have refunded my deposits back to me
