Case summary

The player from the United Kingdom is having issues with JustBit. Despite the site allegedly not requiring KYC (Know Your Customer) for crypto players, the casino is delaying a withdrawal of about $450 in Dogecoin. The casino has accused the player of money laundering and is now demanding KYC, which contradicts the anonymity expectation when playing with cryptocurrency. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.

JustBit, Despite having no KYC for crypto players on website, then KYC demand for crypto withdraw and holding approx 450USD equivilant in DOGECOIN, was only $50 equivalent deposit in DOGECOIN.

They will not release funds accusing of money laundering... money laundering $50??? and asking for KYC when playing in cryptocurrency is expressly to be anonymous and not give out KYC.

Hello cryptoplayer9911,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Justbit Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Was this your first deposit and withdrawal request? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that the casino has KYC procedure as you can see on their website as well: https://justbit.io/policy/kyc

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick
