So I have logged into the website about half a month ago, didnt expect much from it, but then I happened to win a bit of money. Now I have been waiting for over 10 days to get verified and they have done nothing.


I've seen a lot of complaints about the casino and I am worried that my money is lost for good. So this is like a last resort thing, to try and get verified and also withdraw the money faster.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes, on the website aswell, and with their customer service they say that it will take approximately 72 hours. If their workload is at a normal rate. At first they just wanted ID/Drivers License to verify who is was. I sent in two different ID that both say who I have and my social security number etc. That was 10-11 days or so ago. I was in contact with them couple of days ago and they asked for bank statement and to see my card numbers, the 6 first and the last 6 + card holder name and expiration date. The same day I sent the information in to the website, and I am now waiting for the verification again. None of them have been verified and I spoke to them yesterday!
