I submitted my withdrawal request for 5000 on 22/08/2020.enen after 10 days they don't process my request always saying about some additional verification.

I played several casinos but never had a issue with withdrawal.today is 1st July 12 day of my request.what kind of additional verification is going on for 5000/- thay don't ask nothing when i was depositing money..its a cheating casino giving 500 free money for attracting then when u win they will not process ur request

As I said in my previous post, verification may take at least 14 days, so that means it could even more in some cases. Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. I'll extend the timer now, give it a little more time. Let us know if there will be any update regarding the case.

Today 3rd sep there reply is same additional verification still not completed.I want to give this casino a negative star and zero mark ..its a froud game platform
