I am very loyal and old player of jungleraja.com since long and every thing was fine but from last 1 month they are delaying payments for the reason technical issue/site maintenance and from last 7 days not replying on live chat/email. Their whattsup no. Never reply. Today they reply on chat but same answer of technical issue/site maintenance. Will I get my money. Is my money safe? Pls look into the matter.

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.
