I make a withdrawal on 16 November 2022. After 8 days jungleraja Casino closed their site and going maintenance for 6 days. This Time I contact them for my withdrawal but they didn't assured me when my withdrawal will be approved because of maintenance work. After maintenance complet the site open again and worked properly. But my withdrawal still pending. Then I contact live chat and support mail team also repeatedly, but they didn't answer a single one. Live chat are offline from last 5 days. What can I do now? how can I get my withdrawal? Help me.

Yes, this is my first withdrawal, also my account is kyc verified. And the whole amount win by active bonus amount. But in present I have no any active bonus. As their rule, after completing their wagring I get some withdrawable amount and after that I make the whole 87000 by this small amount. I played legally and fair also, there is no doubt they ignore me.
