The player from India requested a withdrawal of 5000 INR. Later he received a message he didn’t have a minimum required balance and his account was closed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I had a request of 5ooo amount withdrawal

After 24 hrs I got a reply of your account is not have a minimum balance

Then I tried to login bt it's been showing that your account has been disabled

I tried to ask them a reply through mail

Bt didn't get any reply from them


NOTE - am playing with my deposited money through online payment

I didn't play with any bonus amount

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the casino’s T&Cs and I found this:


„8.9.1 The min. amount of deposit through NetBanking is 100 INR.

8.9.2 The min. amount of withdrawal through NetBanking is 100 INR.

8.9.3 The min. amount of deposit through Neteller is 1000 INR.

8.9.4 The min. amount of deposit through Skrill is 1000 INR.

8.9.5 The min. amount of deposit through Local Bank Transfer is 5000 INR.

8.9.6 The min. amount of withdrawal through Local Bank Transfer is 5000 INR.

8.9.7 Any deposit made trough Local Bank Transfer under the minimum amount of 5000 INR, will be penalized with a 5% convenience fee.

8.9.8 We do not process cashouts on Skrill or Neteller for the moment."
