The player's deposit did not arrive to his casino account for yet unknown reason. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
By far the worst casino I've ever tried to play on I send the deposit for a crypto but Bitcoin it's been almost 3 hours early since the time I send it talk to several agents and basically still haven't received any payment from them just just a very bad unprofessional casino . I sent them copies several copies of the Bitcoin transaction I send them my address I send them screenshots of my address I send them everything they need and they still can't get it resolved just by far one of the worst casinos I've ever played

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
