The playe from US played with free spins. He is now struggling to withdraw his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Played 30 free spins. Had 11.98 at the end of it. Was told I had $578 wagering requirement before withdrawal. I was at 160 something when the account went to 99 or so. It was dollar wagering. So I asked the chatbot dummy if I had met the wagering requirement. I had. Was told that my request was being sent to auditingand good luck getting it. There is a request and denial and reversal for 63 something, which is the drop off in the account I previously mentioned. They repeatedly tell me it is a 100 min withdrawal, when the page states its the maximum. I did not do a request for the 63 withdrawl. The dummy chat guy said I had other accounts that I do not have. I couldn't recall which email account I registered with and they seem to believe the ones I submitted were I don't know what they thought. I know it's a scam. Pay them , they don't pay back. They don't honor that enticement if the rare thing happens that some wins. I didn't lose any money. I'm not depositing anything with them . They're scam artists, disreputable, ignorant and not real bright.

I checked the casino's T&Cs and I found this:

"Only one Real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details, banking and card details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled."

Do I understand correctly that you are not aware of having more than one account?

I only have one account registered with them. I have three email accounts, 2 with Google and 1 with yahoo. I use all three for different things. Yahoo is my original one. I rarely use it for anything outside of work and medical and the like. The Gmails ate both backups for account recovery and I use them for shopping and blogs and stuff like that. I didn't know which account I signed up with them. I have no other registered accounts with them besides the yahoo mail. I did not have those Gmail addresses registered with them. They will not find information with them in any other accounts. If d.o.b address. The dummy on the chat line seemed to think otherwise and said they would be investigating that. The truth does not care what lies are told about it. I also have issue with $63 disappearing and saying e request had been made when I did not. I played a few bonus, no deposit games with them. That money in my account was from 5 or 6 different games but I don't which one.id have to go into history and decipher it
