I received a bonus of 20 reais by email, I played completed the bonus requirements, I made two later at home, I verified my personal data. When I went to withdraw the withdrawal it is being rejected…. I made several withdrawal attempts, all unsuccessful attempts, I contacted support several times and my problem is still unresolved.
Recebi um bônus de 20 reais por e-mail, jogue completei os requisitos do bônus, fiz dois depois na casa, fiz a verificação dos meus dados pessoais. Quando fui sacar o saque está dando rejeitado…. Fiz diversas tentativas de saque, todas as tentativas sem sucesso, entrei em contato com o suporte diversas vezes e meu problema ainda está sem solução.

Hello, I have been registered at the casino for a week now. I did the full check about 2 days ago. I made two deposits at the casino, this was my first bonus at the casino and the last time I spoke to the casino support was yesterday, they told me that my account is able to withdraw that everything is fine, for me to withdraw to same account that I made the first deposit.
