The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
Made a withdrawal and have been going around in circles with the excuses,as I've given all relevant documentation when asked,numerous times.The site says 3working days,then they say 5 days when you contact them, whenever that maybe(3days or one week later).Then after 5days they claim max ten days to pay ,dependant on your payment provider,then ten das later they want all your details again,like I'm the liar or thief because they said it was definately paid
