I played a few hours and finally won $ 4600 and decided to withdraw that amount. I sent all my documents on Monday evening and this morning I received an email from jonnyjackpot:

Your account has been found to be in breach of the Promotional Terms:

Clause: The maximum bet allowed while the Bonus is in play is CAD 5. Should You bet higher than this while the bonus is in play, the Casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings.

Therefore, your withdrawal has been canceled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of CAD 230 has been returned to your gaming account.

I am outraged!

I took time off today to deal with this problem.

I understand English but have difficulty speaking and writing in English. Can you help me???

Dear Claudia,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked promotional terms (https://www.jonnyjackpot.com/promoterms), and this is what I found:

„Placing single bets in excess of 20% of the value of the bonus credited to your account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met unless otherwise stated. For example, if you received a bonus of CA$200, then the maximum bet that can be placed is CA$40. The 20% rule does not apply if the bet size is less than CA$5;"

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

However, if you are sure you didn’t breach this rule, please forward me your game history. My email address is kristina.s@casino.guru.

If there is any relevant communication between you and the casino, please send it as well.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. As I mentioned in my previous message, a maximum allowed bet is an industry standard, and it isn't anything unusual. The only thing I can do for you is to recommend you checking out the T&Cs before you start playing to avoid unpleasant situations like this.

Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
