The player from Greece had experienced difficulties communicating with the casino, dealt with verification and bonuses, and found a discrepancy in information regarding the acceptance of players from Greece. He had requested a refund on his deposits. We had asked for more information to better understand the issue, but received no response from the player. Therefore, due to lack of communication from the player's side, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

Every time i ask the casino to resolve an issue, either with verification either with bonus, practically everything they just logging me out. That happened 6 times. We talking the ultimate scam. Its imposible to communicate to complete any type of transaction except of course the deposits. The chat is probably chatbots, its a discrase that you give a review as safe to this so called casino. I want my deposit money back or i will inform every goverment blacklist possible about them. By the way, they accepted me as a Greek player, and i just saw that your site say they dont accept players from greece? Misinformation probably?
