Hi, I have been a player of Jokaroom Vip Casino for years. I have had many successful deposits and withdrawals during this time. Recently I have been unable to deposit using any method available. I get a "cancelled" screen with a message saying "payments from this location are not supported".

I have contacted support multiple times over the last few months I have answered all questions they have asked me and yet I’m still having the same issue. I have been waiting to hear back from support regarding feedback from the banking department and still yet to hear from them! I just want to be able to deposit again.

Since when exactly is the deposit not working? What kind of question do the casino asks about it? When was the last time you contacted them or they responded? Do you have any active balance in the casino at the moment?
