i got kicked off the site 2 hours ago for "maintenance". i have since not been able to get back on. how do i resolve this or when/how long does maintenance take?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have tried to access the casino website with Australian VPN (Virtual Private Network) and didn’t experience the same difficulties. Could you please advise if the issue is persisting?
Maintenance process may vary from casino to casino as well as the reason for it may play a huge role in how long it takes. Sometimes it takes a few minutes/hours, sometimes longer.
