After depositing money it wouldve only taken approx. 10 seconds for the time the transaction took in total...but when withdrawing winnings, it's been 6+ days and still counting...

The response I got from the websites banking customer support was that I'd have to wait another 3-5days yet again. For what reason? What because i enquired about where my money was after waiting the initial 3-5days only to see nothing in my bank?! What if I had not of enquired until the 7th day of waiting? Would I have to wait another 3-5days from date of that enquiry or what?? Absolutely ridiculous. Such a scam. No wonder they call it the Joka room, because it's nothing but tasteless joke...what a shame.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I am sorry to hear about your problem. Further, keep in mind, it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
