I am waiting for a long time for the website to load and yet my other tabs (facebook, youtube, spotify as well as this website here) isn't having any problem loading. Assuming this website just takes money and just has "Loading issues". After righting this complaint I am still waiting for it to load whilst still having credit sitting in my account unable to withdraw or spend

I have tried to access the casino website with Australian VPN (Virtual Private Network) and didn’t experience the same difficulties. Since you have filed this complaint 3 days ago, could you please advise if the issue is persisting?
However, I have to say that we have received more similar complaints over the last few weeks.
