The player's experiencing problem with withdrawal as the site is down. The player later informed us that his balance was succuessfully withdrawn and the complaint is solved.
I tried to withdraw $500 and gave all credentials needed to make the withdrawal. Now the website is no longer active and they won’t contact me back.
