The player from Australia claims that part of his money has vanished from his account. Unfortunately, we’re rejecting this case again because the player hasn’t responded to our messages and questions.

 not sure who to turn to but i will get to the bottom of this i won $110.000 I logged out awaiting account verification when i logged in knowing my account wpuld be active and able to withdraw even though i was informed days befor when i had arpund 50thousand that i could withdraw 10,000 now even though acpunt wasn't fully verified I was talking to a lady on chat i sent all documents thru chat thru kyc and even email as i kept getting emails saying card was wrong.i never played the winnings I went and told my work colleague boss my family started making plans on investing in a putting a deposit on a house I have a 1yr old baby girl 8yr old girl 9yr old girl.i took heaps screen shots videos sent em thru to family proving it in witch let to my father saying hey would lend me the rest to buy a house.getting home from work going to bed waking up doing few things around the house I finely got to sit down.logged in and started to try withdraw few moments wenr by looking in everything checking my bank thinking they depodited tha whole lot into my bank.i double checked everything was there i opend chat they said they would have someone call me few days later i got a call saying the money was played thru.i garranteed him i never played it as i can show i took video of game logged off i called my family went to the shops all this is on either camera footage both at my house leaving to go to shops calling is recorded. Going to work is recorded and verified.i just want want I won my next communication steps be gaming authorities and media both community network and online 

Checked game play 13th there was 75thousand dollars 

Nothing's showing my winnings and balance 110thousand plus dollars
