The site wont load. It opened up and let me deposit then after playing a game in fun mode it would not load the lobby. It will not now load anything. All I get is a dollar sign flashing on the screen. I have noticed a number of other people complaining about it not loading as well so it is a known problem which they seem to be just letting go. You cannot access the customer support and the number to call just keeps ringing with no answer.

I have tried to access the casino website with Australian VPN (Virtual Private Network) and didn’t experience the same difficulties. Since you have filed this complaint 2 days ago, could you please advise if the issue is persisting? Have you tried to communicate this issue with the casino?
We have received more similar complaints over the last few weeks, so we hope the issue will be fixed as soon as possible.
