I was promised 100%match and free spins on my 1st deposit and have not received either, I play on other casinos and get it straight away

The casino is marked "Zombie" in our system. This means that we couldn't get in touch with any of the casino's representatives or customer support members. I tried to register in the casino and redeem the bonus myself, but, unfortunately, the registration failed. There is no response from the support, so it looks like "nobody’s home".
