The player from Ireland had noted a discrepancy between the amount he had deposited at the online casino and the charge on his bank statement. After inquiry, he had found out that his local bank was charging an extra fee for the transfer made to an Uzbekistan bank, despite the casino being based in the EU and claiming no additional fees. We had explained to the player that the casino had no influence over transaction fees or currency exchange fees deducted by banks for processing the payment. Due to the player's lack of response to our follow-up messages, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I join this casino and didn’t checkout reviews as I liked there slots select.

I then deposit my monies only to discover that if I deposited 100 I was charged 116 on my bank statement, u fortunately I don’t check my bank account on regular basis, I was on chat with this guy called Charley and he said they are based in European Union and that I was charged with not i euros and they don’t charge any fees, and told me to contact my bank, which I did and they told me money was going to Uzbekistan bank and fees were been added on-by bank in Uzbekistan. Can’t we do anything about this, forget the money is there no laws to stop all this.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I am afraid that if the fees were charged by a third party (payment provider), there is nothing we can do. Please understand that casinos have no influence over transaction fees or currency exchange fees deducted by banks for processing the payment. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
