The player from Philippines had her bonus winnings capped. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
All my winnings are gone after wagering the bonus(promotion) .And its not in the terms that all winnings will be gone after I wagered. All was left are the amount that can be withdrawed. Please see attached file for their terms and conditions. It didn’t say that all the remaining winnings or bakance will be gone. I used my phone number to register in there site.

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

The amount that was only approved for cashout is 500 pesos and the rest from 5600 pesos winnings are gone. The online Casino is JILIKO
Please understand, thumbleber, that if 500 pesos was the maximum cashout available from the free promotion and you received it already, the rest of the funds are cancelled and can't be used for further play.
