The player from Poland has requested a withdrawal seven days ago. It has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Withdrawal (after wagering no deposit bonus and after deposit) was claimed by me 20.05.2020. I have sent many needed documents (bank statements, photos of ID, screenshot of Skrill acount, proof of address...) at 21.05. In the meanwhile i got info at chat that if verification is succesfull withdraw will take 1 day. At 24.05 and after many messages from me i got confirmation of verification. I was very surpised when they told me that i have wait for payment verification "few working days" before they make payment. Today is 7th day i got a message that they will send my money WITHIN NEXT FEW WORKING DAYS. To Ecopayz!!! Allways i can hear that they have to check and few more days to wait. If you dont need dont make deposits here, withdrawal is very problematic. Might be that they earn from those deposits (needed to withdraw no deposit bonus), because they often give free chips.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal.
