Allegedly I violated bonus terms and conditions and the entire win of € 700 was removed.
Unfortunately, there is no way to understand this because, strangely enough, the entire game history was deleted.
Angeblich soll Ich gegen Bonusbedingungen beim Einsatz verstoßen haben und der gesamte Gewinn von 700 € Gewinn wurde entfernt.
Leider gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit dieses nachzuvollziehen da komischerweise auch der gesamte Spieleverlauf gelöscht wurde.

I have checked the bonus T&Cs (https://www.jellybeancasino.com/bonus-terms-conditions/), and this is what I found:
"Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest bonus credited to the player account, prior to the total wager requirement for that balance having been met
Placing single bets equal to or higher than 30% of the most recent deposit in play, if it is smaller than the bonus. This max bet limit applies to all players even if no bonus is received, or if the Total Wager Requirement has been cleared."
If you broke this rule, there is nothing we can do for you. However, you mentioned, that the casino deleted your game history, which we think is suspicious, as this was the only proof if you really breached the maximum bet or not. Before we move further with this case, could you specify which bonus you redeemed, please?

According to the course of the game, I should have bet 20 euros.
I found the course of the game. I cannot / do not rule out that I made a mistake in the search by clicking on the wrong day or not taking over the previous day in the search.

Den Spieleverlauf habe ich gefunden. Ich kann / will nicht ausschließen das mir bei der Suche ein Fehler unterlief indem ich einen falschen Tag angeklickt habe bzw. Den Vortag nicht mit in der Suche übernahm.

At African Fortune I can't really imagine the effort I made, but I can't rule it out. With bingo I have to admit that I wanted to see how much the stake would go. However, when I clicked max bet I did not expect the game to start automatically. Unfortunately that was my mistake.

Bei African Fortune kann ich mir den Einsatz nicht wirklich vorstellen das ich diesen getätigt habe aber ich kann es nicht ausschließen. Beim Bingo muss Ich zugeben das ich schauen wollte bis wie viel der Einsatz gehen würde. Allerdings mit dem klicken von max Bet Einsatz hatte ich nicht damit gerechnet das automatisch das Spiel startet. Also das war leider mein Fehler.

I looked at your case and the screenshots. If the column on the left represents your bets, it does look like there are 4 bets of €20 each on African Fortune. If the maximum bet rule was breached, I'm afraid, there is not much that can be done.
