The player's balance have been voided for using 3rd party deposit. The complaint was rejected as the player used his wife's card. The deposit was refunded back to the player by the casino.
I had won 349000 rs but they telling that 3rd party amount deposited and they only transfered 115000 only which i deposited and played. They r telling that remaining amount is forfeited. Pls solve

I've checked the casino terms (https://www.jeetplay.com/) and found this:
6.1.2 All information included in the registration form submitted while applying to Jeetplay is genuine, accurate, complete, and conforms to the name(s) appearing on the bank cards used for the deposits and payments of winnings. We reserve the right to close your Account if discovered that the information provided to Jeetplay is false, inaccurate, deceitful or incomplete. It is your duty to inform us of any modification regarding the information you provided us with as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, it is restricted to deposit in any online casino with someone else's card. I'm really sorry but we can't do anything in this case. The casino has now the right to refund your deposit, which they did, and close your account.
I'm sorry that we could not help you more but you clearly breached the casino terms and conditions.
