Hi All,


I deposited 40k, and won upto 1950000. They blocked my id and giving bullshit reason. I know just one game Megawheel and placed all my bets on one game. They are giving reason it's breach of term. Secondly since withdrawl limit is only 5 lakhs so I had opened in my wife's name and deposited from her account 1ok. Which they said it's breach and blocked wife's account and deposited money into my account. Post that they allowed me to continue playing and credited upto 239000. Since 3 to 4 days I won upto 1950000 all of a sudden they blocked my account saying I breached terms by playing on single help. Request your help I have got all the screenshot handy from my winning on that game. Please advise how can I go legally and get their license canceled and how can I get my money back.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Who's payment method was used to deposit into both account, was it yours? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that creating multiple accounts is against the casino terms and they have right to void and close any balance/account.

Yes the account is already verified and I sent my kyc details and bank statement for verification. It was verified on 10th March 2023, on same day I deposited 5k, 15k and 20k to Jeetplay account and played in Pragmatic live game called Megawheel. I accumulated winnings through Real money and I dint take any bonus or free spin. The deposits of 5k, 15k and 20k was deposited from my own savings account. Since my wife was a home maker, we wanted a secondary income so we created her account. I sent 15k to her account as she doesn't have any source of income. She deposited 10k from her bank account. Which was not added and I had to take her credentials and crosschecked with Jeetplay, they termed it as illegal and on same day 14th March they asked for my wife bank statement and I sent that. They blocked her account and they added that money 10k to my account. They said on grounds of good conduct they added me that money. So in that way we never used wife account to play. They have only chat support and email , I asked them in website help chat asking my withdrawl of 49k is on hold in addition to 19,50 000 already in Real balance. They said finance team will update. Evening around 4pm today I see my account being blocked and email sent saying my account being blocked.


Yes we created multiple account but they termed illegal and blocked on 14th. They added that money to my account. I started playing and my account was active till this afternoon. If it was illegal on 14th March they could block even my account. Post that also from my winning balance which I had approx around 3 lacs and above still they were crediting to my account. Since last 3 days my balance was accumulated to 19,50,000 that's when they blocked. So sir please advise why they blocked after 6 days from my wife's account being blocked. Say if it was to crosscheck then y were they crediting daily limit withdrawl amount. This is purely just a reason to confiscate all my hard earned winnings. I swear I never cheated or done any fraud. I will be thankful if you could help me with this issues. Thank you for all your help.

Is there any previous conversation regarding your wife's account where they claim that the balance will be transferred to your account? I could not find it in your e-mails you sent.

Team I'm sharing that email which I confirmed them saying the deposit issue related to wife's account it is already fixed. Post that also they had been processing my withdrawl. They blocked only after seeing I'm accumulating money upto 19,50,000 in real balance and 50k in withdrawl request. In total 20,00,000. If you could help in settlement outside court I'm fine but it is my hard earned money. Hope you will be able to get justice.

All our conversations we had just in live chat. I got just one email from them saying to respond in live chat, which I confirmed I did. This is clear case of purposefully confiscated my money.

As you may also have received the final decision from the authorities, they decided to part with the casino as you have breached their terms by creating multiple accounts.

As their authority is above ours, we will be forced to reject the complaint for the reason you may read in the e-mail received from them.
